Biography
My research interests cover the scope of conservation chemistry, which is a new area of chemistry. In addition, I dealt with the development of analytical techniques for non-destructive and non-invasive analyzes of the condition of historic objects such as textiles and paper. In 2016, I defended my doctoral dissertation “Development of a method for determining the molar mass distribution of fibroin and cellulose using size exclusion chromatography“.
I am employed as an assistant professor in the Heterogenic Reaction Kinetics Team at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Jagiellonian University, where I conduct research related to the stability and degradation of biopolymers in the context of conservation chemistry and with the analysis of heterogeneous factors.
